The Shaky Jake Blues Band, consisting of Ragtime Rick Blaufeld on vocals and guitar, Jammin' Gino Jacomella on harmonica, and Big Bill Yates on upright bass, played their first gig together in June of 2010. Since then, they have been gigging and recording non-stop, opening for Roy Rogers and the Delta Rhythm Kings on Labor Day weekend, releasing their first CD, "Living With The Blues," in 2011, and playing lots of local venues in between. In addition to their upcoming appearance at the Mendocino Acoustic Blues Workshop, they will be playing at Frankies, in Mendocino, on March 5th, April 30th, May 21st, and June 18th, and at Dig Music, in Ukiah, on May 14th. Their new CD is available through Mendocino Music, on this website, at Dig Music, or at any of their gigs.
